Samsung Galaxy S24 Launch Promotion

These are the Terms and Conditions applicable to Customers preordering a Samsung Galaxy S24 (“the Offer”) from Melita Limited (“Melita”).  Access to and use of this Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. 

  1. The Offer is applicable to pre orders made between 22nd January 2024 and 31st January 2024. 
  2. Existing and new Customers, upon the purchasing of the Offer will be entitled to a free upgrade as follows: 
  3. Customers purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S24 128GB handset (“the Handset”), will be eligible for a free memory upgrade and avail of the 256GB model variant.
  4. Customers purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S24+ 256GB handset or a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 256GB handset(“the Handset”), will be eligible for a free memory upgrade and avail of the 512GB model variant.
  5. Melita will notify you upon arrival of the Handset ordered. If you fail to pick up and pay for the pre ordered handset within 48 hours from notification, your order will be annulled.
  6. Offer is subject to stock availability. 
  7. The free upgrade is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.  
  8. Once seal is broken, returns are not acceptable.  
  9. Handset and electronic items part of the gift bundle are subject to a twenty-four (24) month warranty period. This document should be kept for the duration of the warranty period. 
  10. Customers acquiring the Handset as part of Melita’s Handset Device Offer, the Handset / Device Offer Terms and Conditions shall apply. Customers terminating Melita’s Handset Device Offer prior to the lapse of the twenty-four (24) Month Term shall pay the remaining balance of the Handset, and the cost of the Gift. 
  11. Your personal data shall be processed by Melita, and by any of its processors in accordance with Melita’s Data Protection Notice, the Data Protection Act (Chapter 586 of the Laws of Malta) and all other applicable laws.  By placing this pre order you are hereby authorizing Melita to contact you in relation to such pre order.
  12. Customers subscribing to this Offer shall also be bound by Melita’s Standard Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions shall apply, provided that in case of conflict, these Terms and Conditions shall apply. 
  13. Melita reserves the right to suspend, amend or otherwise alter this Offer and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
