1. This Offer will start from the 10th August 2011 (“Start Date”) and will continue until the 31st October 2011(“End Date”), both days inclusive.
2. This Offer is available to new Customers, Customers with an internet connection of 5Mbps or 5+2Mbps and all existing TV Customers who want to migrate to the ‘XL’ tier Home Entertainment Pack with an internet connection of 50Mbps at €54.50 per month until the 29th February 2012.
3. As of 1st March 2012 Customers will be charged the standard rate applicable for the ‘XL’ tier at €64.50 unless Customer decides to downgrade their internet connection to 10Mbps at the standard applicable rate of €54.50.
4. Melita reserves the right to stop, suspend, amend or otherwise alter the Offer and these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
5. These Terms must be read in conjunction with the Standard Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) which are provided to the Customer for signing upon physical installation of the service at the Installation Premises, the Entertainment Pack Terms and Conditions, the Home Entertainment Pack Terms & Conditions, Melita TV Terms and Conditions, the Melita Netbox HD service Terms and Conditions, the Melita Internet Terms and Conditions, the VOD Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions specific to a particular promotion or offer related to the Service.
