Sports Premium Channels

The following are the Terms and Conditions applicable in respect of the add-on Sports Premium Channels (“the Offer”), being provided to customers (“the Customer”) by Melita Limited (“Melita”). Access to and use of this Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. This Offer shall commence on the 1^st March 2024 and will continue thereafter until the Offer is terminated by Melita.
2. This Offer is available to new Customers and existing Customers subscribed to Melita TV service subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
3. Upon subscribing to this Offer a Customer shall be charged a monthly fee of €7.99 and avail of the Sports Premium Channels.
4. Customers subscribing to this Offer may choose to terminate the Offer with 30 day prior notice as specified in Clause 10 of the Standard Terms and Conditions.
5. Melita shall have the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving you 30 days’ written notice of such amendments and such amendments shall automatically become part of these Terms and Conditions at the end of the said notice period. If you do not accept any such amendments, you have the right to terminate the service without incurring any penalty during the 30 day notice period.
6. Customers subscribing to this Offer agree and accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which should be read in conjunction with the Standard Terms and Conditions, and any other relevant terms and conditions that may apply, provided that in case of conflict, then these Terms and Conditions shall apply.
