Our Telephony Features

Whether you’re looking to protect your privacy, or avoid missing a call, we have some very convenient call features to make your life much easier.

Call forwarding

Call Forwarding allows you to forward your incoming calls on specific conditions to a particular number you choose.


To use Call Forwarding execute the following steps:

  1. - Lift the receiver and await dial tone.
  2. - To forward all calls press *82 and dial the number where you would like to have your calls forwarded.
  3. - To forward calls when busy press *83 and dial the number where you would like to have your calls forwarded.
  4. - To forward calls when there is no answer press *84 and dial the number where you would like to have your calls forwarded.
  5. - Await the confirmation that the feature has been activated.

If you would like to change the ‘forwarded to’ number just repeat the required steps above, dialling in the desired number for your forwarding.


To cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. - Lift the receiver and await the dial tone.
  2. - To deactivate the call forwarding feature on all calls press #82.
  3. - To deactivate the call forwarding feature on busy calls press #83.
  4. - To deactivate the call forwarding feature on busy calls press #83.
  5. - Await the confirmation that the feature has been de-activated.

Note that when dialling #82 it will NOT deactivate call forwarding on unanswered calls and call forwarding on busy.

Caller Identification Block

This feature prevents your name and number from being displayed on the ‘Caller ID’ function.


To block the Caller ID:

  1. - Lift the receiver and await dial tone.
  2. - Press *43 and dial the number of the person you want to communicate with.

Your number will NOT appear on the called party’s ‘Caller ID’ display only for the current call.
