Independent Employee Survey conducted by HR systems provider Talexio has highlighted high levels of job satisfaction among Melita Limited employees, positioning the company as one of the best employers in Malta. With over 85% of employees participating in the research, the findings revealed several key strengths, including strong team cohesion and effective leadership.
Melita employees gave the company an Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of 22, surpassing the average score of 5 among participating companies of similar size. The survey also showed that Melita performed well in crucial areas such as psychological safety and performance orientation, reinforcing its commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
