I have a black/blue picture with no sound
Don’t worry. This issue can be easy to solve if the TV is not set up on the correct source.
- Start by confirming that the TV source is correctly selected
- Confirm that the Television set is on
- Confirm that the STB is not in Standby mode. You can confirm by looking at the front panel and you should see the channel number displayed. If the time is displayed then switch on the STB from the STB remote.
- Check the HDMI or Phonos cable between the TV and the STB
- If this still doesn’t work try connecting the STB box to another TV Set
- If none of the above works contact us when you are home so that we can check further
