I can’t see the picture but can hear the sound

  • Make sure the Yellow Phonos Cable / HDMI cable is connected properly from both TV and STB.
  • Try and replace the Phonos Cable / HDMI cable
  • Switch the STB OFF and ON again
  • If this still doesn’t work try connecting the STB box to another TV Set
  • If none of the above works contact us when you are home so that we can check further
