Keeping your existing fixed telephony number – Landline Number Portability

You can keep your current telephone number when joining Melita. Instructions for transferring your number will be given during the application process. Start by completing the downloadable Landline Porting Form below.

Submit your application using one of the following methods:

  • Send the form via email to info@melitaltd.com, and it will be handled by the Melita’s Customer Care team.
  • Taking it at one of our outlets

It is important that when filling out the Porting form, the details including personal information should match that of the other operator else the Port-in process will not be successful.
