No incoming calls on fixed line in general
If you are not receiving calls on you fixed line, follow a few steps that could help you solve the issue.
If you cannot receive calls from all numbers but there is a ringing tone:
- Ensure that your telephone set is connected with the TEL1 port on the back of your modem
If you cannot receive calls from all numbers and there is no ringing tone:
- Try dialing #82 to de-activate call diverts/call forwarding and the do not disturb feature
- If the problem persists, unplug the telephone cable from TEL1 on the back of your modem, then test the line again
- If you can hear a ringing tone upon testing the line again, replace your telephone set
- If there is no ringing tone, get in touch with us so that we can assist you further
