Call Forwarding

Call forwarding allows you to forward your incoming calls on specific conditions to a particular number that you choose.

The feature is provided for free, but the calls you forward will be charged according to your subscription.

As an example, let’s say your package includes all calls to fixed local numbers but calls to mobile numbers are charged per minute.

All calls you forward to any fixed line Maltese numbers won’t generate an additional cost for you.

If instead, you forward the calls to your mobile, charges are issued at the rate of normal calls to mobile.

To activate call forwarding follow the below steps:

Lift the receiver and await dial tone
To forward all calls press *82 and dial the number where you would like to have your calls forwarded
To forward calls when busy press *83 and dial the number where you would like to have your calls forwarded
To forward calls when there is no answer press *84 and dial the number where you would like to have your calls forwarded
Await the confirmation that the feature has been activated

If you would like to change the ‘forwarded to’ number just repeat the required steps above, dialling in the desired number for your forwarding.

To de-activate call forwarding:

Please note that #82 will NOT deactivate call forwarding on unanswered calls and call forwarding on busy.
