“No eero found” error
If a “no eero found” error is showing on your eero app, the below could be the possible reasons to your error:
- You are not in range of your eero
- The eero isn’t plugged in
- The eero hasn’t started blinking Blue (if this is the case, follow the 3 steps below)
If the eero isn’t on and blinking Blue, you should:
- Ensure it has power
- Connect to the modem via Ethernet
- Check that your phone’s Bluetooth is on and within range of eero
