How can I check my mobile/telephony usage details?

Please note that any usage listed is purely indicative and should not be considered final. Usage details are exclusive of Excise Tax and VAT.

Follow these steps to find your usage details:

1. Log In: Use your email address and password to log in to MyMelita.
2. My Usage: From the main menu, select ‘My Usage.’
3. Select Subscription: Choose the subscription you want to check from the list.
4. Custom Period: Click the down arrow in the ‘Select Usage Period’ tab and choose ‘Custom Period.’
5. Set Dates: Select the start and end dates for the usage period (up to 6 months).
6. View Details: Click ‘Details’ and then press the down arrow for more information.
