How to stop your Melita service when leaving Malta and Gozo

We’re sorry to see you leave!

If you’re stopping your service because you’re leaving Malta or Gozo, just log in to MyMelita and go to “Terminate or Suspend Account” in the main menu. Choose full termination, select “I no longer need this service” from the first drop-down, and “Leaving the island, I have my ticket” from the second. Then, pick your preferred termination date.

Any applicable charges will appear before you confirm. Once ready, click ‘Yes’ to finalize!
