Need to Terminate a service? Here’s a quick guide:
- Log in to MyMelita with your email and password.
- Go to ‘My Service’ in the main menu.
- Choose ‘Terminate’ for the service you want to cancel.
- Click ‘Yes.’
- Pick a reason from the drop-down menu.
- Fill in any extra details and hit ‘Continue.’
- Choose your termination date and press ‘Continue.’
- If there are any charges, we’ll notify you.
- Confirm by pressing ‘Yes.’
