To temporarily Suspend your account on your MyMelita account, just follow these easy steps:

Note: Voluntary suspension is only possible if the agreement is on a month-to-month basis or the contract has expired. There’s a €5 fee each month when activating the voluntary suspension.🎉

  1. Log in to MyMelita.
  2. Go to ‘Terminate/Suspend Your Account’ in the main menu.
  3. Select ‘Temporary Suspension’ and choose ‘Yes.’
  4. Set your suspension and resume dates, then hit ‘Continue.’
  5. If there are any charges, you’ll get a quick notification.
  6. A ticket will be created, and we’ll keep you in the loop.
