Reset Your MyMelita Password Using Bill Details

  1. Open MyMelita and tap ‘Trouble Logging In.’
  2. Select ‘Forgot Your Password’ and hit ‘Yes.’
  3. Enter your email and click ‘Continue.’
  4. Choose ‘Via Bill Details’ as your reset method.
  5. Enter your invoice number and total, then hit ‘Proceed.’
  6. Check your email for a reset link and click it.
  7. Set your new password and click ‘Login.’
