Why do I have no access to call?

If you can’t make calls on your mobile phone, check these things:

  3. Prepaid Balance: For prepaid accounts, check your balance by dialing *121#.
  4. Overdue Balance: If you have an overdue balance, log in to MyMelita to check and make a payment.
