Why can’t I send and receive SMS’s?

If you can’t send and receive an SMS, make sure to check the below information.

• Check if you have adequate signal coverage
• Check your message centre number from the message settings. Melita’s SMS centre number should be +35677794022
• If you have a pre-paid subscription, Check that you have enough credit by dialling *121#
• Turn the handset off and then on again
• Check that your SMS inbox is not full
