How to setup Auto Top Up

How to Enable Auto Top Up on MyMelita

Go to “My Services”.
Select the pre-paid service for which you want to enable auto Top Up.
Scroll down and click on “Add Auto Top Up”.
Choose the Top Up amount and date (up to the 28th of the month) for the auto Top Up and proceed.
Enter your bank card details and complete the 3D secure process (note that a non-refundable payment of €0.01 will be processed).

Auto Top Up keeps your phone fully charged and ready to rock! Pick a date and amount (at least €10), and it’ll automatically top up your credit from your bank or credit card each month. No more worrying about running low just set it and forget it!

Need extra credit before your Auto Top Up day, for donations or international calls? Just text 16880 with €5, €10, €15, €20, or €30, and we’ll add that amount to your phone. The cost will be charged to your bank card, just like your regular Top Up.
