How to check a slow ethernet connection

If you are experiencing slow connection on one device, please follow the below steps:

• Connect just one device directly to the Melita modem using a cable. 
• Go to https://www.speedtest.net/ and select Madliena to run a speed test. 
• If the speed is still slow, check if your ethernet cable can handle your package’s speed: 
  • Use CAT5 for up to 100 Mbps. 
  • Use CAT6 for over 150 Mbps. 
• Make sure your device can support the required speed. 
• Try connecting another device using a cable.
