Step-by-Step Guide: Resetting Your Modem to Restore Connection
- Check that the modem is switched on from the plug. If yes,
- Switch off the modem from the electricity plug
- Unscrew the white cable and screw it back on
- Switch on the modem from the electricity plug.
- Wait for the modem to reboot. The LEDs will light up when it’s done.
