Step-by-Step Guide: Resetting Your Modem to Restore Connection

  • Check that the modem is switched on from the plug. If yes,
  • Switch off the modem from the electricity plug
  • Unscrew the white cable and screw it back on
  • Switch on the modem from the electricity plug.
  • Wait for the modem to reboot. The LEDs will light up when it’s done.
