How to Perform a Factory Reset on Your Modem

Follow the steps below to restore your modem to its default settings:

1. Find the Reset Button – Locate the small reset button on the back of your modem.
2. Press and Hold – Use a pin or paperclip to press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
3. Wait for the Reset – The modem’s LED lights will flash, indicating the reset process has started.
4. Restored to Default Settings – The modem will return to its factory settings, removing any custom configurations, including Wi-Fi settings, passwords, static IPs, and DNS settings.
