How to Get an eSIM with Your Current SIM:

  • Check Compatibility: Ensure your phone supports eSIM.
  • Request eSIM: Log in to MyMelita, go to My Services, and select your phone number to switch to eSIM.
  • Immediate Deactivation: Your current SIM will be deactivated instantly. Make sure you’re connected to WiFi to avoid losing connectivity.
  • One-Time Use: The physical SIM can’t be reactivated. Remove it once the eSIM is active.
  • Recycle: Dispose of your old SIM at an e-waste recycling facility.

Switching Phones with an eSIM?

  • No Transfers: You can’t transfer an eSIM. Activate it on the device you intend to use.
  • Lost Phone: Contact us via chat to suspend your service if you lose your phone.
  • Changing Phones: eSIMs are single-use. If you need a new eSIM for a different phone, contact us (standard charges apply).
  • Multiple eSIMs: Some phones support multiple eSIMs; most only support one. Check your phone’s specs.
