Why is my last payment not shown on my bill?

If you don’t see your last payment on your bill, it’s probably because the bill was issued before the payment went through. No worries—your payment will be deducted from your next bill!

You can easily check your recent transactions on MyMelita.

Here’s how to view your recent transactions:

1. Log in to MyMelita.
2. Go to the main menu and select ‘My Bills.’
3. Scroll down to find the Payment History tab.

With MyMelita, you can view invoices from the last 24 months!

If you prefer to keep paying your bill by means other than Direct Debit or Pre-Authorised Credit Card (PACC), the price will increase by €0.50c.
