Paying by PACC (Recurrent credit card payments)

Once you activate this payment method, your bills will be automatically paid from your bank account every month.

To set it up:

• Log in to MyMelita.
• Go to My Bills and select Make a Payment.
• When confirming the payment, a pop-up will ask if you want to set up direct debit with your IBAN. Select Yes to set it up, or No to skip.
• Another pop-up will ask if you want to set up PACC using the card you’re paying with. Select Yes to proceed.

You can also set it up by going to Settings > Preferences and clicking Set Up PACC. Enter your card details and click Submit Secure Payment.

Peace of mind: PACC is an easy way to ensure your bill is paid in full and on time every month. If you choose not to use Direct Debit or PACC to pay your bill, there will be an additional charge of €0.50.
