Keeping your existing mobile number – Mobile Number Portability
To keep your current mobile number when switching from another provider to Melita, you’ll need to fill out a Mobile Porting form. You can download it below.
We can process your application using the following methods:
- Sending the completed form back to us via email at: Melita’s Customer Care team
- Taking it at one of our outlets
Please attach a copy of your ID card to the Mobile Porting Form.
It is important that when filling the Mobile Porting Form, the details; including personal information, should match that of the other operator, else the Port-in process will not be successful.
